This was the most incredible retreat I’ve ever attended! Five magical days filled with deep connection, transformation, and so much care. Lena and Brieana are incredibly professional, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully planned. Their dedication created a safe and sacred space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. The house is a true sanctuary and the meals were simply divine—locally sourced, beautifully prepared, and made with so much love! This retreat was truly life-changing for me, and without a doubt, I would join another one with them again!

This retreat was great, better than I had hoped for. Lena and Brieana were amazing, so magical, warm, and lovely. They took great care of us and the sessions were healing. The food was amazing, fresh, clean, and delicious. The accomodations were comfortable with plenty of room and a great view. And the group of women that came from all over the world were all beautiful inside and out, there was great connection. I highly recommend this retreat!

I loved everything about the workshop. The teachers Lena and Leo are incredible, expert level dancers and made learning an accessible, playful, interactive and humorous unforgettable experience. Our whole range of emotions and abilities were welcomed and encouraged. I am so glad I could attend! And the space at Sundari was so gorgeous.
