Alexa was just amazing, her knowledge about birds and wildlife is exceptional and she explains it all in a fun, digestible way. She evens spots the wildlife for you and then sets up a telescope so you can see them and this is absolutely worth doing. She is deeply immersed in the culture of this country and weaves that into the conversation as well as other topics that touch all of our lives. Highly recommend spending a delightful morning on this trip to the cloud forest!

We loved our time in Monteverde. A wonderful place to be, made more wonderful by having Sergio guide us through the cloud forest. He is a great birder and patient when helping us find a bird; also very willing to hear what we wanted to see and finding it for us. Thanks for everything, especially the excitement birding around the army ants. I highly recommend this experience and I hope to be back sometime in the future.

My son had an exceptional time on his Costa Rica trip with his school. He praised the bus drivers and all of the hotels. What a wonderful experience for these kids. A few critical points of feedback from a parent perspective: The early flights were really difficult for kids, teachers, and parents. A 5:00 am flight required us to be at school at 1:00am, which is not ideal for most people. The early returning flights were also really challenging for the kids and teachers. It would be nice to get the flight numbers as this wasn't shared. It would also be good to get a specific cost breakdown of all of the costs associated with the trip (hotels total, flights total, fees, food, etc). This way, we have an itemized idea of what everything costs. Otherwise, it was well managed and a really great experience for all of the kids.

Thank you so much for an amazing trip! Our daughter came back excited, confident, and ready for her next adventure. We couldn't be more happy with the experience she had in visiting with locals, learning about the culture, and helping the residents of Costa Rica. This was the trip of a lifetime for her, and we are so grateful she was able to have this experience.

My son had a fantastic and life-changing time on his trip to Costa Rica. I would highly recommend anyone do this. He learned, and did service projects; he saw amazing animals. Really just amazing!
