Calling all my ladies*!

Once again, we’ll be spending our week at Paint Rock Farm (about an hour outside of Asheville) with comfy glamping cabins and a restored tobacco barn sitting atop a spectacular bluff in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The retreat will be grounded by twice daily yoga: my unique style of movement medicine peels off layers of stress, clarifies our minds, and builds sustainable strength.

Each day we'll feast on the late summer bounty. Our holistic chef will be crafting a High Vibe Soul Food cuisine that will celebrate the local harvest, delight the palate, and feed the spirit.


This year I’m inviting several of my talented friends: wise herbalists, hormone aficionados, and massage masters to contribute their healing talents. I will be sharing my tarot skills with classes and a personalized reading for each attendee.  


All yoga and activities will be optional and there will be plenty of time for naps, reading, or enjoying a mid-summer thunderstorm from your cabin. 


*This event is open to cis, trans, and queer women. Non-binary and minority genders are welcome—basically, if herbal skin care routines and managing estrogen levels interest you, come on down!
