About your trip

Discover healing and respite in the soothing embrace of nature under a forest canopy on Florida's Nature Coast in Inverness (southwest of ocala).

Retreat for 4 days/3 nights in a nature-inspired   space curated to provide you with a wellness experience through a variety of holistic elements.

This time of year can be quite challenging- the holiday season is over; winter is in full swing; and the internal/external pressures of setting new year goals may be present.

However, you don't have to navigate this time by yourself. We have intentionally created this retreat to help support you in a safe, healing and loving environment.

Retreat Venue

The main house of the wellness retreat venue stands as a beacon of tranquility amidst the lush forest setting. This sprawling sanctuary boasts over 5,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated indoor space.

The main house blends modern comforts with natural elements, inviting guests to unwind and reconnect with themselves and nature.

Intentionally designed, the guest rooms within the main house embody their own unique sanctuary, offering a private haven for relaxation and renewal.

From the earthy tones of reclaimed wood accents to the soft hues of organic linens, every element is chosen to evoke a sense of peace and harmony.  *Each guest room has an ensuite bathroom.

About 100 feet from the main house, you'll find three All-Weather Elevated Yurts and a She-Shed, adorned with soft linens and plush pillows, outdoor enclosed heated shower and bathroom with clear ceiling along with opportunities for deer observation.

Location

Inverness is located on Florida's Nature Coast surrounded by fresh crystal blue springs, small working farms, and large oak & pine trees.

It's about an hour northeast of Tampa and about an hour southwest of Ocala.

The closest airports are Gainesville Regional (60 miles), Tampa International (60 miles) and Orlando Sanford International (66 miles).

The retreat venue borders the Withlacoochee State Forest with horse trails adjacent to the property and direct access to 18 hiking trails within the state forest.

Float or swim in the heated pool and/or opt for a soak in the hot tub under the sun and stars, read a book on a hammock, relax in the salt cave, birdwatch on the back porch.

Spend time in the mini farm in which the animals aren't just residents; they're integral members of the healing community. They offer solace in their silent companionship, teach us the art of living in the present moment, and remind us of the profound interconnectedness of all beings.
