3:00 pm-time to check-in
We arrive at the Sanctuary and are overcome with the beauty of the land and the fragrance that permeates the air. Is it Plumeria? Pikake? Both?
Move into the room that you will be enjoying for the next four glorious nights. You have already met your roommate and are super excited to start exploring the grounds. Or maybe you just want to sit somewhere alone and quietly journal or just collect your thoughts after that long plane ride.
6:00 pm-Dinner
We enjoy the most amazing meal. Made with fresh, locally grown produce, by our local chef.
As the sun sets your shoulders start to relax. Now you are really feeling the Aloha Spirit.
7:30 pm-Evening Get together and introductions
We head to the Yoga Hale and get to know each other better. We learn about the sacred land we are visiting and go over some housekeeping items and the day's itineraries.
9:00 - 10:00 pm-Bed
We are all exhausted from the long day of travel. We fall asleep to the sound of the Coqui Frogs and crickets and have a beautiful restful night.
