Itinerary

Day 1
Time to Relax and Settle In

We pick you up  at the airport or your hotel in the afternoon. If you have rented a  car, you meet us for lunch before check-in. We have a good meal at a  casual restaurant or even our famous taco truck, which has spectacular  views. We get to know each other and have a carefree afternoon.

3:00 pm-time to check-in

We  arrive at the Sanctuary and are overcome with the beauty of the land  and the fragrance that permeates the air. Is it Plumeria? Pikake? Both?

Move  into the room that you will be enjoying for the next four glorious  nights. You have already met your roommate and are super excited to  start exploring the grounds. Or maybe you just want to sit somewhere  alone and quietly journal or just collect your thoughts after that long  plane ride.

6:00 pm-Dinner

We enjoy the most amazing meal. Made with fresh,  locally grown produce, by our local chef.

As the sun sets your shoulders start to relax. Now you are really feeling the Aloha Spirit.

7:30 pm-Evening Get together and introductions

We  head to the Yoga Hale and get to know each other better. We learn about  the sacred land we are visiting and go over some housekeeping items and  the day's itineraries.

9:00 - 10:00 pm-Bed

We are  all exhausted from the long day of travel. We fall asleep to the sound  of the Coqui Frogs and crickets and have a beautiful restful night.

This was the perfect mix! Thank you Trish for organizing these retreats. From the yoga to the laughter to riding in the back of the truck (because it's legal in Hawaii and we felt like kids again!!) To the beautiful sunsets and really your energy that brings everything together. This was an amazing week and I THANK YOU!

The retreat was fantastic! Was more than we could have expected with the yoga food and views. The whale sanctuary a little rustic with a lot of natural wildlife. Would’ve been great to have bathrooms in every suite and maybe two large beds rather than one large and one small but the walks to the beach the nature. The organizer And host Trish was so magnetic and peaceful. The food amazing

Thank you, Roxanne! I am so glad you had a great time! Your energy added to the connection and bliss we all experienced. Glad you could make it. I wish I had control over the venue's accommodation but this year's retreat will be at a new location. Hopefully, we will see you there! Mahalo, Trish
