Join us for a one day Womens Wellness mini break at the lovely Urban Connection Eagleton. This one day retreat has been lovingly created to support our Indian Charity – Samadhan – a school for children with intellectual disabilities living in Delhi whose families are affected by poverty. Even more now than ever before they require our support so this is our way of giving back and staying connected to and caring for others at this time. *100 percent of the proceeds will go to Samadhan, so THANK YOU  in advance for attending!

See what the day will hold for you below. We have combined rest, relaxation and rejuvenation with the ancient healing art of Ayurveda so you can find a new way to see and restore balance in your life. In addition there are other Indian practices such as meditation, (short and sweet) and restorative yoga, (no standing required only deep relaxation). You will also get to paint a mandala canvas (pre printed dont worry) with acrylic paints and take this home as a memento of your day. As we can only take 12 people per day we are offering this 1 day retreat on two seperate days so you can choose which day to attend either the Saturday or Sunday. A 50% non refundable deposit of $75 will be required to secure your spot. This is because we need to also pay for the venue and if you pull out and we cant refill your spot this means less money going to India. Your deposit is a tax deductible gift so we hope you understand. 

For each person attending two families will be supplied with a pack of dal, sugar, tea, spices, toiletries such as bathing soap, detergents, sanitizer and masks, enough to last them for a month! Most of these families have only had rice and flour for the last 6 months so they will be so grateful, (no tea ?! no-one should have to live like that!!) my goal is to supply 50 families for a month.
