 We issue full refunds excluding the deposit in case of requests submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the retreat start date. In case of cancellation requests submitted within less than 30 days of retreat start date, WOOM will issue a partial refund of 50% of total amount, excluding the deposit.Cancellation requests of the two weeks or less prior to retreat start date will not be refunded. We invite you to consider looking into purchasing travel insurance; expect the unexpected. No exceptions will be made, even in case of injury/illness, personal emergencies, poor weather, etc. Failing to attend/complete the retreat, arriving late/ departing early, will not grant credit.

Full balance must be settled by April 15, 2019.
