Heading out of the city we will firstly take the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and travel through the Northern suburbs to the gorgeous Hunter Valley. Our journey time will be approximately two hours, so sit back and enjoy the stunning scenery.
Attracting more than 2.5 million visitors every year the Hunter Valley is one of Australia’s premier wine-producing regions. Due to the climate and soil the region specialises in Semillon and Shiraz but also produces award-winning Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.

VIRGIN VOYAGES - BURNIE - HERMES - I had a great time, the hosts and the shore excursion to Mount Gnomon was fantastic, the long lunch in the apple orchard was divine, it was a great day off the ship, and I recommend this excursion. The big penguin was hilarious…got a good photo.

As always everything is taken care of and all we had to do is enjoy ourselves and the delicious food and wine, its was sensational

Hermes Holidays Dalmatian Dream was exactly that, A Dream. A dream holiday in every sense of the word. The attention to detail was beyond compare. The trip was planned to the most minute detail and all the guests had to do was relax and enjoy themselves and that is exactly what we did. The high standards were across the board, not only from the tour operator themselves but also in all of the accommodation, the activities, the dinners and also the group functions. I cannot speak highly enough about the whole experience.

We are fortunate to do a fair amount of travel, and the Dalmatian Dream tour will be remembered as definitely one of our top adventures! The accommodations (from the gorgeous yacht to the various five star hotels) were perfection. Additionally, it was obvious there was tremendous planning with the carefully curated excursions, seamless coordination when visiting the multiple ports, the delicious meals, the incredibly fun themed parties and fabulous “Welcome” and “Farewell” events. The boys at Hermes really know how to put together an over the top experience at a ridiculously reasonable price. They are continuously attentive hosts and are so purposeful in creating wonderful memories for their guests. We look forward to another adventure with Hermes and highly recommend them to others.

It’s almost impossible to write a review for this holiday without absolutely gushing about how sensational the experience was. Kyle and Wayne didn’t just curate a trip they created an experience of exquisite fond memories to last a lifetime. From the first evening of canapés and drinks to daily swimming trips, and walking tours, wine tastings, the incredible onboard parties!!! wonderful big and small town discoveries and much much more, every detail was planned and executed perfectly
