Together we are weaving the tapestry of our collective dream of sisterhood that is deeply nourishing and interconnected. Woven Wisdom is a female medicine space. One that uplifts and celebrates each other, and shows us the path to our unique truth. 

Our journey connects ancestral  wisdom, somatic exploration, tantric & shamanic arts with the aim of deeply bringing you back into your body. We use the 4 elements and 7 sacred directions as guidance for this creation.

As women, we are innately interwoven with the natural cycles of nature. Ever changing, ever co-creating our reality with the rhythms of life.

Our journey

Each day we invite you to explore what it means to connect and truly embody your inner air, fire, water & earth, returning to the innate wisdom of Mother Nature that we are all a part of. 

We have interwoven a beautiful program that is inspired by the elements of exploring practices through engaging the body, mind and spirit. During our time together we will have the chance to journey deep within as we invite the medicine of psilocybin mushrooms into our space. We will facilitate a gentle approach to meet the medicine in a soft way. As we move through the week we will honor the healing power of noble silence at special times.

Pia and Katinka invite you to arrive with an open heart & mind, to let go of expectations and become as present as you possibly can and trust in the journey that is unfolding.

Our wish is to offer space for us all to come back home to ourselves and listen deeply to the subtle language of our bodies. Moving from our programmed thinking mind to a deeply embodied way of living and being.

We take you on a journey of weaving movement, ceremony, ritual, sound, energy healing, nature, and creative exploration to grow, heal, and transform to empower ourselves and one another. 

This journey is anchored in an embodied approach to decondition you from being led by the mind to gently bring you back to your heart-centre and how to truly live from this place in your everyday life. 

We will explore our cyclical nature in relation to natural elements, seasons, and different female archetypes that live in all of us. Weaving the wisdom of our ancestors, mother nature and our individual life experiences to find our way back to wholeness and activate our deepest potential.

Rewild in nature

This retreat is designed to honor the web of slow conscious connection through like-minded sisterhood and truth-seeking women. It gives us space to move out of our inner limitations and into our fullness, all through grounding ourselves firmly rooted in the earth and connecting to the higher realms of life.

Cradled in the womb of Mother Nature, we will unplug and immerse ourselves in her beautiful embrace, rekindling our connection to the natural and unseen worlds. Time to feel fully and wholly reconnected to our intuition and see ourselves reflected in the wisdom of this circle of  truth-seeking women

Space to rest

We will stay at Quinta Alma a private and intimate natural ecological retreat farm, totally off-grid and hidden in the mountains of Monchique, just 10 minutes driving from some of the most amazing beaches in Europe.

A space to slow down, rest and rewild as well as an opportunity to immerse our senses into the subtle language of Mother Nature. 

Quinta Alma offers plenty of space to simply be, feel the healing embrace of nature and gather in community.

The property enjoys breathtaking views of the mountains, and full privacy to bathe naked in the private lake.

This is not a typical yoga or well-being retreat but a unique chance for deep inner work, growth, and reclaiming our power as a co-creatrix of life.

What we offer is a magical, enriching journey that interweaves ancestral wisdom, nature-inspired explorations, shamanic rituals, multisensorial workshops, self-discovery and empowering sisterhood, while being held in the womb of Mother Nature and two experienced facilitators.

Nourishing soul food

The wonderful kitchen team of Quinta Alma will be lovingly taking care of nourishing our bodies during our time together.

Quinta Alma is a growing organic farm with an ecological and human regenerative laboratory, so we will enjoy fresh from farm to table vegetarian meals every day.

Expect lots of fruit and vegetables, rich in pulses and grains, low in salt and high in fresh herbs and spices.

All meals will be served family style and offer a space for us to come together and share during our experience.
