I had such an amazing time meeting new women and resting. We went on some beautiful adventures. I laughed a lot. It was a much needed trip for a reset and refresh for my mental health. So grateful for all Kristen does!

Room to Breathe - A Coastal Retreat

Room to Breathe retreat truly lived up to its name! Perfect venue in a beautiful location. Kristen does an amazing job creating a safe space for women to thrive and heal. 

The location was beyond stunning. I felt like I was writing in Rivendale! It was the perfect surroundings for a days writing. Kristen has such a unique gift at bringing women together who can make you feel welcome and safe. Her skill at encouraging writing, even from a writer with little experience, without pushing you too hard but also encouraging you to be brave is phenomenal. I would recommend it and love it so much I’ve done two trips with her. 

Ink + Ash - A Writing Workshop to Untangle the Stories That Shaped You

Beyond exceptional. Perfect time, place, and people. The details were curated well and it was such a kind, loving, inclusive environment. I only regret that it wasn’t  longer!

We had the best time getting to know each other, learning about ourselves through the workshops and writing prompts, and exploring Edinburgh together on foot. What a magical city, and an incredible place to make new friends. Thank you, Kristen, for facilitating this beautiful trip!

The best trip I have ever taken. The host was amazing and created such a fun and safe space for us all. I would go back with her in a heartbeat. Edinburgh was a beautiful city to explore and Kristen really struck a balance between allowing us to explore and guiding us.

after breakfast, head out on your own (or with a friend!) to find a cafe to sit in and write. the rest of today will be a free day for you to write, soak up the city, or rest in the apartment. We'll meet up after dinner for a light workshop before bed.
