Your main host - Hart Floe - has been facilitating healing experiences for groups and 1-on-1s for over 6 years now - and it all began with writing workshops. At the age of 28, he discovered the healing power of putting pen the paper, and soon became passionate about reminding others of that power. Since then, he's written over a thousand poems, published his first book, has two more manuscripts almost ready,  and has continued to bring people together in groups to write - to ignite. 

This special retreat will include hikes guided by sacred grandfather medicine (optional), guided meditation, yoga practice, various writing workshops, solo writing time, accountability partners, feedback workshops, integration circles and more. Nestled into the breath-taking mountain sides of Lake Atitlán, this special lake is known to be a vortex where people come to find their voice, activate their creativity... a naturally inspiring place that's guaranteed to help regulate your nervous system and bring you into flow.
