Settle into The Regency Royale, a spacious, luxury oceanfront home featuring 13 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private bath and most with sweeping views of the Atlantic.

Retreat Cancellation & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a safe, enriching retreat experience. Please review our registration, cancellation, and refund policies below:
Event Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a retreat due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances that could compromise the event or guest safety.
If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
Event Postponement
In the rare event that a retreat must be postponed, you may choose a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event’s new future date.
Deposits & Payment Plans
A minimum deposit is required to secure your spot.
You may pay your remaining balance in full at booking or opt for a monthly payment plan.
Deposit Refund Schedule
All deposits are nonrefundable unless a replacement is found (either by us or by transferring your spot to someone else).
With a replacement:
Cancel 60+ days before retreat: 90% refund of your deposit.
Cancel 30-59 days before retreat: 75% refund of your deposit.
Cancel 0-29 days before retreat: No refund of your deposit.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date. If you need an extension, please contact Cindy at cindy@wellspringwritingco.com.
If you paid your balance at the time of booking:
Cancel 60+ days before your retreat: Full refund of remaining balance.
Cancel 30-60 days before retreat: 75% refund of remaining balance.
Cancel 0-29 days before retreat: No refund of remaining balance, but you may transfer your slot to someone else who reimburses you.

Immerse yourself in a spacious oceanfront house for three luxurious nights. Spread out over three levels and 11,000 square feet of comfort, with the calming ocean breeze as your soundtrack.
Relax and recharge with your own private bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy.
Stay refreshed throughout your retreat with unlimited coffee, tea, and sparkling water.
No need to worry about food and beverages with our on-site personal chef. All meals prepared except for Friday Night dinner in town.
Dedicate four uninterrupted days to your writing journey.
Participate in dynamic group writing sessions, led by Cindy, where you can share your work, learn from others, and ignite your writing spirit.
Upon arrival, be greeted with a thoughtfully curated welcome bag filled with delightful treats and essentials to enhance your retreat experience.
You may add an individual manuscript edit or brainstorming session with Cindy at a reduced fee.
Option to dine with the group at a local restaurant such as Eurasia or Sorella's.
Welcome to your retreat! Here’s what to expect on your first day:
Arrival: You may arrive and check in any time after 2:00PM. Take this opportunity to settle in, explore your room, get in some writing, stroll along the beach, or simply relax as you ease into the retreat.
5:30–6:00PM – Appetizers and Meet & Greet: Enjoy appetizers while getting to know your fellow attendees in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
6:00PM – Dinner: Savor a meal prepared by our private chef, featuring a delicious menu designed to fuel inspiration.
7:30PM – Introductions, Setting Intentions, and Guided Writing: Gather for a group welcome session, set intentions for your writing journey, and participate in a guided writing exercise.
Please Note:
This retreat emphasizes group writing, sharing, and feedback. While you'll have time to write privately, relax, and read, the primary focus is on community -- building connections and supporting each other's creative process.
Daily Schedule
Breakfast:
Enjoy a relaxed, self-paced breakfast catered by our private chef any time between 6:30 and 8:30AM.
9:30–11:30AM – Community Writing (Guided by Cindy):
Join your fellow writers for a group session designed to foster community and spark individual inspiration. Cindy will provide prompts and guidance to encourage meaningful writing and creative breakthroughs.
Noon – Lunch:
Refuel with a delicious chef-prepared lunch. Eat together with the group for more connection or grab your lunch "to go" and use the time for personal writing, reflection, or relaxation.
Afternoon – Independent Writing / Activities:
Dedicate your afternoon to independent writing, taking a break, exploring local shops, or enjoying the beach. Schedule a one-on-one meeting with Cindy for personalized feedback, or work with a writing buddy.
6:00PM Dinner: (Time could vary depending on restaurant availability.)
Head into town as a group for an optional dinner at a local restaurant (such as Eurasia). Please note that this meal is not included in your retreat fee.
Evening:
After dinner, you can choose to socialize, dive back into your writing, or unwind for the night—whatever feels right for you.
Each day is designed to help you balance community, focused writing, inspiration, and relaxation—so you can get the most out of your retreat experience.
Sunrise–9:00AM:
Ease into the day however you wish—sleep in, stroll the beach, or write morning pages while the ocean wakes up.
Breakfast: 6:30-8:30
Enjoy a delicious, chef-prepared breakfast at your own pace.
9:30–11:30AM – Group Writing Session:
Gather for a dynamic writing workshop guided by Cindy.
12:00–1:00PM – Lunch (Provided):
Savor a freshly made meal with the group, fueling up for your afternoon.
Afternoon – Individual Writing & Activities:
Spend the afternoon writing on your own, meditating, reading, shopping, or simply relaxing. You can also schedule a one-on-one meeting with Cindy for personalized insight into your writing journey.
3:00–5:00PM – Optional Creativity Session (could involve: prompts from tarot; movement and writing, etc. More details to come!)
6:00PM – Dinner (Provided):
Relish a chef-catered dinner and unwind with new friends.
7:00PM – Writing and Group Readings:
Cap off the day by writing together and sharing your words. Group readings foster community and encouragement, creating a space where every voice is celebrated.
This schedule is crafted to offer a blend of focused work, creative exploration, and meaningful community, ensuring you feel supported and inspired throughout your retreat.
Morning:
Pack, savor a final sunrise beach walk, or stretch with some yoga. Enjoy coffee or tea.
8:00–9:00 AM – Closing Session:
Gather for a short group session. We’ll celebrate accomplishments, reflect on the weekend, and set intentions.
Check Out:
Check out by 10:00. (I will also be leaving at 10:00.)
OPTIONAL: Join the group for local brunch before hitting the road. Details to be provided. (Cost not included.)
