I'M AWARE THAT ALL PRICES AND ROOM AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND APPLIED. IN ORDER TO SECURE THE ROOM ALL DEPOSITS FOR THAT ROOM MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE I CAN SECURE THE ROOM. IF ONE ROOMMATE HAS PAID AND THE OTHER HAS NOT PAID, THE ROOM CANNOT BE SECURED UNTIL ALL DEPOSITS ARE RECEIVED.

There are 2 payment options available:  

*Option 1:   Pay trip in FULL at the time of booking

*Option 2:  Make installment payments

If you choose to make installment payments, payments are due by the 1st of each month listed. This DOES NOT include the Initial deposit payment! It is due when you book your package .

*This is a GROUP block, so it is imperative that all payments are made on time, as the resort is expecting all funds by a certain date.  If you miss a scheduled payment, you will be sent a payment reminder.  If we do not receive the missed payment, your room is subject to be canceled due to non-payment and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.  

*You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

*Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.

*Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

**Final payment is due by August 31. 2025 or your room will be cancelled without refund. 

*It is each traveler's responsibility to communicate all information pertaining to this Getaway to/with their traveling companion.    

*Each traveler will receive an invoice showing their per person balance.

*If a roommate cancels or backs out, it is the remaining party's responsibility to find a new roommate or they may opt to change their reservation to a single-occupancy room at the appropriate rate

*You are responsible to keep LIVE Getaways informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.

By filling out the registration form and making the initial deposit and subsequent payments, that signifies that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.

NOTE: Prices include the LIVE XSCAPE Entertainment  Package. 

DEPOSIT:  $ 150  TO $250pp (double or Triple occupancy in room) or $300 (single occupancy) per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit due  to reserve and lock in your price. Prices are subject to change without deposit.
