Albert was very professional and knowledgeable. He was easy to communicate with. His car was very clean, and he drove safely.

Finding this tour and learning from Albert was one of the best parts of our cruise. We were nervous about being late to the tour, but we were able to easily communicate with our guide and were assured all would be well. (Note local time vs ship time!). Albert was a wealth of information about Belize as well as Mayan culture. His van was clean and comfortable, and his driving was excellent. He was patient with us as we were taking pictures and shared a great bit of information with us about the site. It was a great private tour and we were thankful to not be a part of the larger groups also visiting the site. Albert was sure to clarify what was known and what was speculated about Mayan culture and history. We will definitely reach and schedule another tour when we return to Belize. Bring $10 cash per person for the entrance fee. The site also takes card I believe.

I highly recommend. I booked this tour at the very last minute and everything was figured out very quickly and smoothly. The river tour was super amazing we saw a lot of wildlife. We arrived to Lamani and the tour guide provided very thorough historical context and also shared great insight on the wildlife and botanicals of the area. He was also nice to chat with and funny. They provided lunch at the end of the tour which was a traditional Belizean lunch which was super delicious. The other guide, Albert who drove us back and forth, is very knowledgable about Mayan civilization in general and a very nice guy.

Expérience mitigée. Le site était inaccessible à cause de la montée des eaux du Mopan. Une visite alternative à Cahal Pech a été proposée. Le repas était inclus, mais le chauffeur nous a laissés dans un restaurant pour aller stationner la voiture et… n est jamais revenu! Nous avons attendu, puis appelé: il a dit qu’il arrivait. Mais rien. Nous avons finalement mangé et payé le restaurant. Il nous a été remboursé après réclamation. Expérience avec ce chauffeur assez désagréable.

Le chauffeur et le guide ont été très professionnels, le tour commence depuis Belize city par un trajet en voiture, puis en bateau et à pieds sur le site archéologique de Lamanai. Le repas était très bon, preparé par le guide. Nous recommandons cette excursion avec cette agence.
