Together we will experience culture, combined with our practice, to the rhythm of the water that surrounds us and our breath within us. We invite you to experience the coast of Croatia.

About Our Sailing

Our journey begins in Dubrovnik, where the boat awaits in Gruž Harbor. Boarding will take place at approx 2pm , followed by a smooth afternoon sail toward the serene island of Šipan, with time to unwind during a refreshing swim stop en route.

Upon arrival, Šipanska Luka invites exploration with its timeless elegance — a quiet village steeped in history, where centuries-old stone palaces, refined mansions, and the Church of Sveti Antun are framed by lush gardens of lemon trees, oleander, and palms. As the sun softens over the Adriatic, we will gather on board for a group welcome dinner, marking the beginning of our shared journey.

The adventure will continue as we sail toward the pristine beauty of Mljet National Park. Here, we will enjoy bike rides to wander forested paths, circle the Great and Small Lakes, visit the 12th-century Benedictine Monastery on the Islet of St. Mary, or swim in the park’s crystal-clear waters — a rare immersion in untouched nature.

We will continue to the island of Korčula, arriving in the afternoon. Often referred to as a living museum, Korčula is celebrated as the birthplace of Marco Polo and is rich with medieval architecture and layered history. Guests can explore the town’s winding stone streets, hidden courtyards, and enduring cultural legacy. The evening is free to enjoy at leisure — dine at a local

restaurant, stroll along the waterfront, or simply soak in the island’s atmosphere.

The morning will invite us to continue cruising through a tapestry of secluded coves and sun-kissed bays, with time for a refreshing swim and leisurely lunch along the way. Our destination is Hvar, Croatia’s sunniest island — an intoxicating blend of natural beauty, historic elegance, and cosmopolitan charm. Our group will enjoy an offered guided walking tour, together, and then given the ability to freely explore on their own for the rest of the eventing. For dinner, we invite guests to linger into the evening at one of Hvar’s world-class restaurants, savoring elevated Mediterranean cuisine, or unwind at a waterfront café as the island’s golden-hour glow gives way to its vibrant evening energy. Whether adventurous or relaxed, Hvar’s effortless allure will invite guests to experience it in their own rhythm.

Our final day will include a relaxed sail to Bol, home of the iconic Zlatni Rat Beach — one of Croatia’s most photographed natural landmarks. We will enjoy time for swimming, sunbathing, or exploring the charming seaside town. Around midday, we continue toward Milna, where we will be welcomed by it’s peaceful harbor, set on the island of Brač, offering a quieter rhythm — before arriving for our final evening of connection and group dinner.

In the morning, we will all depart for Trogir with disembarkation by 9am with a renewed sense of balance, connection, and inspiration — carrying the essence of the Adriatic long after we disembark.

LEISURE TIME


Guests will be given free time on this retreat to wander and explore. Guests traveling as SINGLES should be comfortable exploring on their own, or they should feel comfortable introducing themselves to new friends, or coordinating with other friends participating on this trip. It should be stated that on days/activities/meals of leisure, Kim + Sybil may join guests during these hours, but they will NOT be coordinating and/or leading guests. It is encouraged that guests research the areas before arrival to gain excitement for exploration and to curate their own plans of how to best spend their time on land. All group activities onboard and on land are offered with invitation, never expectation. Guests may choose to stay on the ship in port.

Airport Information + Travel Documents

AIRPORT/TRANSFER INFORMATION

Guests will fly into Croatia by selecting Dubrovnik (DBV) and will fly out of Croatia by selecting Split (SPU). Airfare is not included in the trip price.

  • Driving time from DBV to our meeting port will be approx 30 minutes and guests can utilize taxi, ride-sharing, or shuttle services. All transportation to/from ports is at guests’ responsibility.

  • Driving time from Trogir to SPU will be approx 15 minutes and guests will be responsible for coordinating all return transfers to the airport, or to continuing personal adventures.

Arrival Flight Time: We will board the Yacht at 1pm on Tuesday, April 13th. Please plan accordingly with arrival flights, allowing time for customs, baggage collection, and transfer time. As the trip approaches all suggested inbound flight times will be communicated to guests.

Departure Flight Time: We will arrive to Trogir at approx 9am and guests will book flights accordingly following disembarkation, unless traveling on to other cities. As the trip approaches all suggested outbound flight times will be communicated to guests.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • To enter Croatia, all guests must have a passport valid for at least three months beyond your departure date, with at least one blank page. You may also be asked to show proof of funds, accommodation, and any onward travel. Please be prepared with proof of your return ticket out of Croatia.

  • Before arrival to Croatia, beginning in the last quarter of 2026, each visa-exempt national (US, UK, Australian citizens) will need to complete an online form at ETIAS (European Travel and Information and Authorization System) - PLEASE FIND THE APPLICATION HERE - https://travel-europe.europa.eu/en/etias This information will be linked to your passport and will be on file for three years. If you have already completed an ETIAS before this trip, you will NOT need to resubmit. The cost is approx $10

  • Each guest will be also be enrolled at borders upon arrival and departure, with biometric data possibly requiring fingerprints and facial images digitally collected alongside travel document and personal data

  • For USA travelers - Guests may want to consider joining the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) which is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals to enroll their trip abroad so the Department of State can accurately and quickly contact them in case of an emergency at http://mytravel.state.gov/s/step

Terms + Conditions

This trip will be offered in various room configurations on two different deck levels with proximity close or far from the engine. We will adhere strictly to the policies outlined below, and no exceptions will be made.

BOOKING + CANCELLATION

To reserve your room, a non-refundable booking deposit of $1,000 per person is required through this website.

This trip is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer retreat. In the event of cancellation, no credits or refunds will be provided toward future retreats.

By submitting the initial deposit, you are entering into a legally binding agreement acknowledging full understanding and acceptance of all terms stated herein.

If a guest is unable to attend for any reason, the guest will assume full financial responsibility for the total cost of the trip. This booking serves as a legal agreement to those charges. Kim and Sybil may consider transferring a booking to another individual on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the new guest(s) will be required to submit a new $1,000 per-person deposit. The original deposit paid by the initial guest will not be refunded.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate email addresses during registration to ensure they receive booking confirmations and all future communications. Any changes in email or contact information is at the responsibility of the guest. Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer will not be responsible for reaching guests outside of the communication mediums provided by each guest. All guests should allow WeTravel emails to populate into their inbox. Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer will not claim any responsibility for any unread emails that deliver into junk folders.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

After the initial deposit, the remaining balance will be divided into two installments, due on the following dates:

  • August 1, 2026

  • December 1, 2026

Payment reminders will be sent via WeTravel, which will also apply credit card processing fees to all transactions. These fees vary with credit card companies and Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer have no control over the fees, and will not act as liaisons between guest + credit card company, and/or guest + WeTravel. Guests must manually enter their credit card information to make each payment. Any delay of payment past listed due date, may result in cancellation of a booking without any required communication to guest(s).

Guests may choose to pay both installments at one time.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

1 - Single Booking - This reservation is for one guest only. The single booking guest (Guest A). If booking guest wishes to add a roommate after the initial booking, a request must be made to Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer. If space allows, Guest A’s single booking will shift to a double price, and a new $1000 deposit will be required from the new guest. Once the room has been changed to a double occupancy, it cannot be undone. Any cancellations will result in financial assumption of a double room cost.

2 - Double + Triple Booking - This reservation is for two or three guests. Each guest will be required to pay a PER PERSON booking deposit. Guests may book as a group, or each guest may book individually. Guests will designate roommate in PARTICIPANT INFO section. If guests book as a group, payment will be linked to the BOOKING GUEST for all payments. This cannot be split and guests will need to coordinate payment among themselves.

If guests sharing rooms choose to book individually:

A. If the corresponding roommate(s) (Guest B/C) does not book within 10 minutes of Guest A’s booking - the reservation of Guest A will be immediately canceled. Kim + Sybs Yoga will not hold booking reservations. For triple booking, both Guest B + Guest C must all be booked within 10 minutes. Please coordinate with roommates to book the trip at the same time.

B. If Guest A books and Guest B (and C) does not have an opportunity to claim a space within 10 minutes of Guest due to availability, Guest A’s reservation will be immediately canceled.

C. Guests always have the option to select “2” or “3” from the drop down to link reservations to guarantee availability and avoid being waitlisted/canceled. In the case of joint booking, only the lead booking guest will receive payment reminders, as well as end-of-trip automated reviews, although both/all guests will still receive communication emails.

D. Kim + Sybs Yoga will not pair or group roommates. All pairs and groups will be self selected.

E. After confirmation of Guest A + Guest B (or A, B, + C) bookings are received, the reservation will then operate as one unit and cancellation policies will be enforced as a pair/group. If one guest cancels or fails to make a payment, or is late with a payment, both/all reservations will be canceled. Refunds will not be issued. A roommate replacement will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If aproved, each new roommate will be required to make a new $1000 deposit. All guests will assume full cost of a double/triple occupancy booking in the case of cancellation.

F. In the case that two pairs attempt to book the final remaining spaces, priority will go to the first booked - confirmed by the timestamp of the booking.

If any unusual circumstances present and Kim/Sybil need to cancel the retreat for any reason, installment refunds WILL be given - less the processing fees.  Please note that processing fees will NOT be refunded in the case of cancellation.  Only installment payments will be refunded in this scenario - In any case of cancellation, deposits will NOT be refunded.

Kim Culley and Sybil Meyer will also not assume responsibility to any losses in airfare or additional travel purchases or mishaps due to cancelations or complications of any kind.  No refunds will be given.

If a missed or canceled flight or any complications occur with immigration, entry requirements, or any pre-trip travel where a guest is unable to participate in the retreat, no refunds will be given. The retreat begins when guests first step onto the boat in Dubrovnik. The retreat ends when guests step off of the boat after disembarkation in Trogir.

Please consider booking travel insurance when booking this trip.  Kim + Sybs Yoga do not offer travel insurance or travel insurance assistance/suggestions. All travel insurance inquiries are guests’ responsibility.


Additionally, Kim Culley, Sybil Meyer, and selected tour guides are not responsible for any loss or damages, or medical treatment, that may result before, during, or after this trip.  

Our Vessel: MAMA MARIJA

Guests are invited and encouraged to explore the ship and its detailed interiors online. Specific rooms will not be able to be selected by guests, but room TYPES + location will be honored by listed booking differentials and cost.

Guests should be prepared that yoga will be offered outdoors and likely while the boat is moving. Some areas of practice will be in direct sunlight and Kim + Sybil cannot guarantee spots of shade for guests.

Any weather that impacts the ability to offer scheduled classes will not result in a partial refund of the trip of any kind.

Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer reserve the right to cancel a guest’s booking at any time and for any or reason they feel a guest’s participation and/or attendance might not align with the group’s energy. Any canceled guest will be notified by email. Deposit may or may not be returned depending upon cancellation circumstances. All guests should understand these rights and booking of this trip acknowledges the action and guest confirmation of understanding of terms. In the case of cancellation with a deposit refund, processing fees will NOT be refunded.

All guests will be required to sign liability waivers. The completion of this registration will require all guests to sign such an acknowledgement of the above on a Kim + Sybs Yoga waiver.

Pre-Trip Support

ZOOM CALL + ITINERARY

All guests will be invited to a zoom call with Kim Culley + Sybil Meyer approx two-three weeks in advance of trip departure. The specific (subject-to-change) trip itinerary will be sent in advance of the call. A representative from the yacht will also be on the call to answer any ship-related and port location questions. It is up to the responsibility of the guests to attend the zoom call and/or make arrangements for another traveling guest to report notes back to guests. While an attempt will be made to video the call, past experiences have not transcribed the call and so, a video will not be guaranteed in a guest’s absence.

If a guest is unable to attend the call, Kim + Sybil remain on hand throughout the process for any individual questions that arise for each guest. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

PACKING LIST

Kim + Sybs Yoga in coordination with the yacht company will supply a suggested packing list to each guest in advance of the trip.

About your organizer

Sybil and Kim are both energetic and dynamic certified yoga instructors, recognized by Yoga Alliance, and are excited to share many experiences and space with others through retreats. Although they reside and teach in different states, they’ve been known to share laughs, playlists, class themes, and sequences across the distance. They are excited to bring their students together in one space. Expect retreats where you can let go, laugh, connect with others, and experience a variety of yoga styles, fit to your choosing.
