We will spend the day in the Valley of the Sun. We will explore ancient Roman ruins and enjoy the delicacies of the area. For the evening, we will chill then party hard in Beirut.

9:00AM-1:00PM: Visit Baalbek Roman Temple, the Acropolis's better-looking cousin and enjoy some Sfiha (meat pizza?), a traditional breakfast of the area

2:00PM-3:30PM: Feel sophisticated with wine tasting during a visit to Ksara, a 200 year old winery

4:00PM-6:00PM: Have late lunch by the riverside in Mehanna's Traditional restaurant (requires booking - payment on spot)

Return to Beirut

11:00PM ++++:  Experience 80s night at BO18 in what used to be a bomb shelter during the Lebanese Civil War (requires booking and pre-payment - cover charge for bottle service)

We will re-discover Lebanon's Phoenician roots. From the legendary Jeita Grotto to the ancient city of Byblos followed by drinks on the beach, this day will leave you mesmerized.

2:30PM-5:30PM:  Travel through time in the Phoenician city of Byblos,  the world's oldest continuously inhabited city - visit the ancient citadel and lunch in one of it's traditional restaurants

We will ascend the mountains of Lebanon. In the Chouf district, we will hike though majestic cedar forests and visit the palaces that were home to Lebanon's most influential rulers.

10AM-12PM: We kick-off the day with a hand-tossed Saj Manakeesh breakfast in Barouk in a campsite with breathtaking mountain views

12:00PM-2:30PM: Hike in Barouk Forest, home to the Cedar Trees (the ones on the Lebanese flag) and get acquainted with the local wildlife

2:30-4:30: Lunch at Mir Amine, a restaurant that used to be a palace to one of the region's Emirs  

4:30-6:00: Explore Beiteddine Palace, home to Lebanon's Emirs and rulers during the Ottoman era

6:00-7:00: Icecream in Deir Alqamar, a quaint Lebanese village with narrow streets and beautiful architecture

Back to Beirut
