This multi-day national parks package is the ultimate way to experience some of America’s most beautiful natural wonders with truly unique experiences!
From Utah to Wyoming, you’ll get to see some of the most spectacular sights like the shooting geysers of Yellowstone, the roaming bison of the American West, and unbelievable views atop the Rocky Mountains. But you won’t just be passively taking it all in: enjoy moderate to challenging hikes, a wolf-tracking adventure led by a local wildlife expert, and rock climbing at Garden of the Gods, one of Colorado’s most unique destinations.
Whether you’re trekking up the serpentine paths of Rocky Mountain National Park’s 13,000-foot-plus peaks or moose spotting in Grand Teton National Park, your guide will navigate you through the wilderness, even providing some best tips and survival skills and properly setting up camp and building a fire.
If you’re ready for a true adventure, this 9-day exploration of America’s parks and wilderness is for you!
After your tour guide picks you up at Salt Lake City International Airport, you’ll have time to get acquainted with one another during the drive out to Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, covering over two million acres in northern Utah and southwestern Wyoming! Despite its proximity to Salt Lake City, this national forest feels truly isolated with hundreds of thousands of designated wilderness areas within its parameters. Throughout the spring and summertime, the subalpine meadows here burst with a variety of wildflowers, while in winter the area receives a coating of snow that makes its mountain range all the more impressive. Upon our arrival at our campsite, we’ll set up the common space as well as our tents, with any help needed from your expert guide. Once we’re settled in, we’ll take advantage of our first day fresh out in nature to explore the breathtaking beauty of Utah’s mountains. During our three-hour hike to Bald Mountain, we’ll keep an eye out for mountain goats high up on the rocks and an ear out for the distinctive – and very cute – call of the pika. We’ll then head back to basecamp for a well-earned dinner and a good night’s sleep to prepare for the adventures ahead!
