Step into the natural wonder of Yellowstone National Park, the Grand Tetons, and Jackson Hole. Guests arrive on day one to settle in and connect, followed by three full days of exploration through breathtaking landscapes, wildlife, and sacred natural spaces.
This retreat blends mindful movement, deep relaxation, nourishing meals, and meaningful community, creating space for renewal and self-discovery. Guests depart on the fifth day feeling grounded, inspired, and restored.

Day 1 - Arrival and Introduction: Gateway to Discovery
• Arriving Jackson Hole, WY
• 45 minute drive to Driggs, Idaho our home away from home for the next few days. Over 6,000 feet in elevation, Driggs is a draw for all who are seeking adventure and natural beauty in a relaxed small town. The Teton, Big Hole, and Snake River mountain ranges surround the valley and host the explorer in us all.
• Take afternoon to settle in, relax, take in surroundings, yoga, etc.
• Nice healthy community dinner before bedtime.
Day 2 - Yellowstone Hayden Valley / Falls: Wildlife Enclave and Natural Grandeur
• Embark on a captivating exploration of Yellowstone's Hayden Valley, a thriving ecosystem teeming with diverse wildlife and ecological marvels. Bear witness to the awe-inspiring spectacle of Old Faithful, an iconic geyser renowned for its timely eruptions.
• Behold the vivid colors of the Grand Prismatic Spring, a testament to Yellowstone's geothermal wonders.
• Immerse yourself in the breathtaking vista of Artist's Point, an overlook that unveils a mesmerizing view of a Yellowstone waterfall, a testament to nature's artistry.
• Stopping at Headwaters Lodge (TBD) for dinner on the way back to Airbnb.
Day 3 - Teton National Park
Embark on a picturesque hike around the pristine shores of Jenny Lake, enveloped by the majestic Tetons in Grand Teton National Park.
*Hidden Falls/ Inspiration Point (2 miles round trip from boat shuttle- optional hike around lake on way back)
Yoga class with amazing stretching
AFTERNOON OPTIONS / Things to do on your own:
Taggard Lake Loop (3 miles, beautiful scenery, possible swimming)

Day 4 - Jackson Hole, WY
• Find rejuvenation at Astoria Hot springs, Astoria Hot Springs features six different man-made soaking pools filled with natural thermal waters, which are controlled at different temperatures in each pool. Situated within Astoria Park and along the banks of the Snake River. (SWIM SUITS ARE MANDITORY)
• Sacred Athletic (based off the Medicine Wheel Concept) - Soma Breathwork, Yoga, Healing mats, Rock wall, and/or sauna.
Optional / Things to do on your own:
• Savor an evening of exploration and shopping in the historic enclave of Jackson Hole, WY, enriched by the heritage and spirit of the American West.
• Jackson Hole Downtown Shootout 5:30p gather, starts at 6p
Day 5 - Departure
• Conclude the transformative journey, returning home not only with a trove of memories but also with a newfound love for your mind, body, soul and a supportive community and yoga family.
