Spend a week in paradise with amazing yoga, surf and epic company for a one of a kind experience in the beautiful beach town of Playa Gigante in Nicaragua! This retreat will not be your standard yoga + surf retreat. Because while that does sound great, most retreats are so planned out to the T that there’s little room for what’s really needed when you’re on a relaxing getaway: the relaxation.

The YESHH Retreat was designed with the idea that everything on the calendar is optional for you to join, leaving you room to breathe, enjoy the gorgeous scenery that mother nature has to offer, and move at whatever pace you’d like.

With 6 nights in a refreshing boutique hotel, you’ll be able to hang poolside or in a hammock with a book of your choosing, enjoy a delightful passion fruit marg over a game of cards, or practice that rusty Spanish of yours with the friendliest of staff.

In between those moments of downtime are options for morning and evening yoga with daily themes, walkable surf for beginners and the more experienced, peaceful beach walks, guided jungle hikes, and 4 phenomenal meals and beverages provided each day. 

Included in the retreat are one in-house 60 minute massage and an incredible day trip where we’ll zipline over the canopies of San Juan Del Sur and explore the local beach town for lunch!

The YESHH Retreat has its own intention of embodying the flow of nature, resetting and renewing as we all need to do as humans, letting go of what doesn’t serve us and drawing in more of what does. A town filled with untouched beaches, roaming farm animals, and dirt pathways; you’ll quickly remember the importance of slowing down and to embrace living simply.

Brittney is a holistic physical therapist, yoga instructor, and pelvic health educator with a passion for personal development. She has been on her healing and entrepreneurial adventure for 4.5 years, which has taken form as her company Being Better. Gifted in creating feel-good flows and holding space for possibilities, she’ll take you through her beginner-friendly yoga classes offered to you daily. With themes carved out especially for this special week together for revitalization, you’ll be feeling tapped into your power, purpose, and joy.

James Busch

James is your go-to man in the water. An avid surfer, James is well versed in reading the ocean and in teaching those skills to beginners to help you catch some waves! He’s kind, hilarious, and will have you feeling confident and at peace while you’re out there soaking up all the fun and beauty. James loves to low-key jam on his guitar while Brittney tries to sing, build things from scratch, garden, and do pottery - all activities that get him centered with his highest self: someone who creates magic out of what’s given to him.
