Led by experienced teachers, this training combines Yin Yoga philosophy, 5-Element Theory, acupressure healing methods, and practical teaching skills. You will learn to use Yin Yoga not only for personal development but also as a therapeutic tool for others.

Training is conducted in English, with support available in French, German, Spanish, and Arabic.
