Whether you’re a seasoned teacher or simply beginning to explore yoga more deeply, this 20-hour Yin Yoga training offers a rich opportunity to expand your practice and refine your teaching. Together, we’ll explore the quiet power of Yin—its roots, philosophy, and unique ability to support joint health, fascia, and the body’s connective tissues.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of fascia, meridians, chakras, and how stillness in Yin practice can open pathways for profound energetic shifts. Through hands-on exploration, we’ll work with Yin postures, variations, and prop support to help you build confidence in offering this practice to students of all levels.
Beyond poses, this training emphasizes how to create safe, supportive spaces for others. You’ll learn trauma-sensitive cueing, compassionate language, and intentional sequencing that invites students into presence and surrender.
With a balance of practice, discussion, and teaching opportunities, you’ll integrate your learning in a meaningful way—leaving inspired, confident, and prepared to both embody and share the transformative benefits of Yin Yoga.
