About this trip

Join me next spring in Tuscany, at Maraviglia, Centre for Conscious Living in the rural village of Monte San Savino, an hour traveling South from Florence. I will be teaching a 60hrs Foundation training in Yin Yoga (Yoga Alliance® certified), all is inclusive! 


A week to discover the slower paced and more passive style of yoga, being surrounded with like-minded people, sharing and learning about the teachings of yin, enjoying conversations during the organically harvested vegetarian meals, enjoying each others company and conversations, but as well being immersed with the silence of the rural Tuscan countryside.

This training is for you, teachers and practitioners of yoga who would like to deepen their understanding of Yin and Yang and to fully immerse in their practice. To let yourself reconnect to your purpose as a teacher and practitioner. This is a gift for yourself, to fully recharge and experience how the teachings of yin yoga will enrich your being. 


This is a comprehensive 60-hour training and it will leave you with a clear understanding of yin yoga, fascia, anatomy, meridian lines and the therapeutic effect of the practice. We will explore the Western anatomy and the TCM Meridian theory to understand the concepts how these are complementary healing modalities. Through this training, you will learn how to use yin yoga principles to improve performance and overall wellbeing using postures to increase flexibility, mobility as well breath techniques to calm and centre the mind.

  • What is Yin Yoga 
  • Philosophy of Yin and Yang
  • Applied anatomy to comprehend the uniqueness of the human body 
  • Yin yoga theory and principles of yin
  • Sequencing yin yoga and use of props
  • The art of teaching (methodology) yin yoga and how to develop themed classes
  • Study of the subtle body from Taoist perspective
  • Lessons on chakra and meridians correspondence to integrate into yin yoga sequencing and personal practice
  • Personal Coaching session of 60 minutes after the training

Venture away from the mat

We will have as well some quality time together, away from the yoga-mats, to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Maraviglia. 


A nature walk in the countryside near and around the property and a visit to nearby natural hot-springs. These are special and very loved places, so do bring a pair of comfortable shoes and your bathing suit.

Passionate about words and teaching yoga a, I am teaching yoga retreats and trainings worldwide. In my life, -without even realising this until my late thirties- yoga and meditation have been a natural way of daily practices. At a young age, drawing, writing and walking were a form of meditation, allowing myself to observe the world around me, and using these observations in my story-writing. After attending my classes, you will leave with a smile on your face, I will find a way to let you feel good about yourself, and inspire you to become the most beautiful version you can be, while staying down to earth with humor and contagious laughter. My classes are not only inspirational but sweaty, dynamic, creative, fun and unpredictable. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
