In this online course you'll be guided through all the theoretical key concepts that relate to self care during the season of winter. Chinese medicine philosophy that links both body & mind associated with the water element & meridian system with emphasis on the integrity of the human body & the close relationship between human & its social & natural environment, understanding the connectivity of winter characteristics, the anatomical physical relationships, & correlating emotionality.  


You will receive all the theoretical fundamental to embrace this season, an embodied yin yoga practice for winter, a meditation practice, acupuncture pressure points, and bonus material including essential oils, recipes & nutrition, self care, lifestyle suggestions, inspirations & reflections.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE COURSE?

The yin yoga online training is entirely online. Upon purchase you will be asked to input your own email & password to login to the online portal where all the resources are held. All the resources can be viewed online anytime with your login details, or downloaded. You are able to transfer the  files to your preferred device, such as a phone or tablet to watch anytime offline.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS?

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

This yin yoga online training includes 7 theoretical key concepts lessons with 2 physical practices. There is a themed module of Adventure,  linked to the physical Yin yoga practice. You will have access to all the relevant training material, including the associated training manual, all theoretical lessons, one full 90 minute yin yoga practice, and a a meditation. Included within this training is Acupressure points for the wood element linked with the associated meridians and additional bonus material to inspire.
