Yoga 4 Love Vision Statement:
At Yoga 4 Love we offer a sacred space for women to build a tribe in community with other like-minded sisters from all over the world. We create a safe and open place where women meet virtually, energetically and in person, facilitating healing, happiness, adventure and joy using the tools of yoga, whole food, meditation, Reiki and energy work.

Be One Inspiration Retreat Center in Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary
Elevation is 2,600 feet. Temperatures range from a typical low of 60 degrees at night (sometimes slightly lower) to 80 degrees during the day (sometimes slightly higher). It is common to be clear in the mornings, cloud up mid-day, rain or mist, and clear again during the night. The Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary is located next door offering a unique and majestic look and feel, similar to what one may think is like a Costa Rica rainforest. There is no other place in the United States where this type of experience exists. The forest is filled with 100’s of varieties of birds, fauna and flora. No snakes. Most conveniences are in close proximity, such as Costco 15 minutes, nearest beach 15 minutes, Kailua-Kona town 15 minutes. The Volcano National Park is 90 miles away.

Vegetarian Brunch + Cleansing Stew
Enjoy a vegetarian, organic fresh fruit locally sourced brunch daily Tue-Sat. You also receive Kona coffee and tea, honey, lilikoi butter, and many more treats. We also provide an Ayurvedic Whole Food Cleansing Kitchari crockpot stew, available to eat for any meal during your stay. This delicious and mild stew is made with root veggies, called Kitchari, and will be served daily with Basmati rice.
It is an Inner Goddess retreat tradition to buy snacks to share, so we never go hungry and there are plenty of new things to try! There is a refrigerator and BBQ grills on the lanai .
Arrival and Departure,
Retreat begins at 3 pm Monday and end time is is 11 am on Saturday. You may arrive anytime Monday after 3 pm, or as soon after as you can manage.
We are so looking forward to greeting you on the Big Island!
PS This side of the island is not near the Kilauea volcano. Most of the island (90%) is greatly unaffected.

A walk through the Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary + Guided tours:
Discover tranquility while learning what a Tropical Cloud Forest really is; how it benefits the ecosystem and the story of its development. This easy to moderate walk reveals beauty, appreciation, and respect. The sanctuary abounds with ancient Koa, Ohia, amazing ferns, palms, flowers, over 100 varieties of bamboo and gigantic tree ferns, some of which are 30 feet or more in height. Situated 2,800 feet above the coastline, this unique native forest contains many rare and endangered species which Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary is committed to protecting. It is also home to many endemic and exotic birds, including the Hawaiian Hawk and Honey Creepers.

Sacred Site Point of Refuge + Ho'o'Ponopono meditation:
$10-15; Pay at State Park Entrance, and is located just north of Pu’u Honua O Honaunau National Historic Park also known as the City of Refuge.
This is a perfect spot to explore the crystal clear waters of Kona’s coast. With green sea turtles, colorful fish, live coral, and Hawaiian spinner dolphins, Two-Step beach is a Big Island snorkeling paradise.
Hike into Pololu Valley:
This is an easy .5 mile round trip, 300 ft elevation climb on the way back up) - Pololū means long spear, and carves a long cleave on the northern side of Kohala Mountain. This magnificent wild valley is at the head of the Kohala Coast, the oldest part of the island. It is considered to be a sacred valley perfect for meditation while marinating in the very present spiritual energy of the area.
