About this trip

Join Rachel & Zach as we drop in for 6 days + 5 nights together for our Yoga + Adventure retreat at the luxury mountain eco-resort Kinkara in Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica.

Together, we will practice an integrated approach to yoga + life by aligning the movement of the body with the breath to create a balance of mind, body & spirit. A balanced sequence of postures, breathing techniques and meditation will allow for you to go beyond the body of yoga and into the heart of yoga. We will learn how this practice, level of mindfulness and ways of being can be carried beyond the mat into your every day life. We stand firmly in the belief that every day gets to be lived as an adventure.

Space is limited so we ensure we create an intimate and connected group.

LOCATION & ACCESS

Just a short shuttle flight away from San José International Airport, and based in the heart of Costa Rica’s biodiverse Southern Zone, located in the foothills of Mount Chirripó, Kinkára features moderate temperatures, light breezes and breathtaking sunsets alongside our wandering creeks and on-site waterfalls. We are in close proximity to the most exciting adventures Costa Rica has to offer, from extensive hiking and biking paths, to vast waterfalls and canyons, zip-lining and surfing along the iconic Pacific Coast beaches – it’s all within reach from Kinkára.

DINING & MEALS

All of the multi-course earth-to-plate meals are served family style in our communal dining area.  Our kitchen is dedicated to consciously sourcing ingredients grown on our land, from local farms, artisans and small local producers.
