In traditional Mayan day-count fire ceremonies, beautiful offerings are created and consumed, invoking awareness and interconnectivity with source consciousness. Resting in the stillness of the fire’s light invites us to journey into the depth of our hearts. Gathering together in appreciation, we honor all living things. The crackling radiance of the ceremonial fire brings us face to face with the wisdom of our ancient instincts to gather in ritual celebration. Within the silent surrender to the blazing glow, we drop into the depth of our spirit’s own true nature.

The Maya remind us to dwell in the innocent heart of the child, prompting us to leave behind our busy minds and conditioned concept of self. Attentively energizing sacred practice, we unplug from the daily grind, lightening our load of heavy stories and soothing the scars of life’s simple twists of fate. Honoring our beings as one with all, we align with the cycles and flow of nature, cultivating compassion and awareness for our part in the grand play. Intentionally pulsing the inner exploration of our own evolutionary consciousness, we fuel the light of our sacred purpose.

*You will have an opportunity to meet 1-on-1 with the shaman after for personalized reading based on your birth date (additional cost for 1 on 1, $20 with translator)

In the spirit of the ancient traditions, join us in a sacred circle of ceremony and celebration centered around the sharing of a cacao elixir. Pure cacao is an authentic plant medicine used to uplift the spirit, deepen focused meditation and strengthen our reconnection with heart centered awareness. Known as the "food of the Gods," cacao has an expansive, mood-enhancing quality that helps us gently shift blockages while realigning us with the path of the heart.

Good variety, good pace and different activities, nice short getaway to reset and recharge. Was good to meet people. Suzanne and Jamie from Flow worked very hard to make the weekend a great time and help everyone with everything they could possibly need. I would recommend Flow Yoga Adventures. Food was overall great, too. Lodging could have been better. I had a private room, but my room was a very dark cave. I had lukewarm or cold water the whole time, no hot showers the whole weekend. No tissues in the room, no mini frig, few bathroom amenities, no daily housekeeping service. I don't need new sheets or towels daily but usually at a hotel a housekeeper straightens up once a day. Hard to find helpful staff at this place other than the chef. Have a random question? Don't have hot water in your room? Pool towels all gone? Hot tub is not hot? Locked yourself out of your room by forgetting the punch code? Any of these I could not find anyone to assist. Would have been nice if the lodge's meal service offered something besides water or hot tea with dinner, even for a fee. Soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade, seltzer? No coffee available in the afternoons for after a long drive and afternoon arrival.
