Join me for this seven day, six night transformative experience that includes three days of Ayurveda treatments and daily Yoga while enjoying the restorative benefits of nature. Sen is nestled in between an idyllic stretch of sandy beach along the southern Sri Lankan coastline and a tranquil lagoon within the Rekawa Nature Reserve.
Dotted around the Sanctuary you will find several beautifully designed areas with comfortable seating and day beds where you can relax, soak up the serenity of the space, and let yourself be inspired by a book from the in-house library. Along with the Beach, the Pool and The Walled Garden you will find many peaceful places to enjoy your time at Sen.

The Food
Sri Lanka has a rich and vibrant culinary culture which inspires the approach to food at the Sanctuary. Sri Lanka is blessed with many fruits, vegetables, leaves, and spices, allowing Sen to create a traditional menu that stimulates the senses.
The menu is mindfully created to support vibrant health and happiness, balancing ayurvedic nutrition and pure enjoyment.
Food at the Sanctuary is predominantly vegetarian and contains no dairy and very little wheat. They occasionally serve fish, but only when it has been freshly caught by the local fishermen. They don’t serve coffee or alcohol, which helps to cleanse the system and works in harmony with the treatments.
All of the food is seasonal, locally produced, and supplied by local markets that share their ethos on sustainable food production. The Sanctuary has also started to grow their own vegetables and fruits at their biodynamic farm in the rainforest.

- Daily YogaDaily Morning practice with possibility of afternoon non-Vinyasa style workshop, depending on interest in excursions and activities. A minimum of three afternoon sessions will be offered in total.
- Airport TransferI will provide transport for everyone from the airport in Colombo to Sen. The drive is approximately two hours long.
- Ayurveda ConsultationYou will receive a complimentary consultation with an Ayurveda doctor. After your consultation you may decide your treatments.
- Ayurveda TreatmentsThree days of treatments, 90 minutes each day. Treatments may include: massage, herbal baths, Shirodhara and more.
- Included ExcursionsOptions include: temple visit, boat rides, cooking classes, beach day etc. Activities to be determined by interest.

- AlcoholNo alcohol will be served during the retreat.
- GratuityI always try to contribute as much as I can and I encourage you to do the same. A bit more from us has a significant effect on the locals who will make our experience so special.
- Additional treatmentsCertainly you are welcome to receive more than the three days worth of treatments.
- Private SessionI am happy to provide a private practice that caters to your need. Anything related to Yoga, body work and wellness. If interested, please inquire.
- Excursions not includedSafari $140 per person, Bird Watching $60 per person

The same room above with two total people instead of three. This room includes an En-Suite bathroom and Air Conditioning. This room consists of one double bed and one single bed in separate rooms. Please indicate your roommates names upon registration. This room can be made triple occupancy and is offered above.

Designed and built with sensitivity to the natural surroundings, the beautiful upper-level eco cabanas provide a stunning view overlooking the tree-tops. The bathrooms are open to the elements so guests can experience a shower while stargazing.
The rooms have been designed to maximize natural airflow with additional fans being provided.
