This experience is an authentic exploration of the culture of India and it's healing arts; Yoga and Ayurveda. Facilitated by Asha Daniels, a Indian/Canadian Yoga Teacher, who grew up in India and has spent many years studying, training and teaching Yoga in South India.
By Asha:
India was my home for 27 years and it gave me a very up-close and personal experience of Yoga and Ayurveda. I have been teaching Yoga for over 8 years, both in India and now in Sydney, Australia. I also facilitate authentic experiences for people to visit, learn and experience India, it's culture and health practices of Yoga and Ayurveda, for themselves.
Join Asha for a one week, authentic Yoga and Ayurveda Experience in Kerala. Stay in traditional Kerala-style rooms overlooking the serene backwaters of Kerala for 3 days of Yoga Immersion with daily energizing morning practice (Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation) and gentle and calming evening Yoga Nidra and Meditation sessions.
