About this trip

Adventure Yogi is calling all the mountain enthusiasts! If you have not visited the French Alps in the summer time, you’re in for a treat: the views are equally as spectacular in the summer as they are in the winter.

Activities include walking, hiking, swimming in glacial lake, mountain biking, climbing, parapenting, white water rafting, and hydrospeeding. Yoga will support your body, helping you unwind and energize before and after a day full of activities!

The rustic chalet is set in La Thuile, a small peaceful hamlet that is a part of the commune of Sainte Foy Tarentaise. It is surrounded by alpine pastures, at 1,250 meters altitude, and is one of the most easterly and spectacularly beautiful parts of the French Alps right up against the Italian border.

The rooms are all with en-suite bath / shower rooms and they are five twin / double rooms and two single rooms.

Transfer to and from Bourg St Maurice Train Station can be arranged. Please contact Adventure Yogi for more information on group transfer, which will be included in the price. If you arrive outside of these times, your transfer will be out of their control and considerably more expensive.

Itinerary

Every morning
Your day will start at 8 am with hot water and lemon to wake up your body. Your first yoga practice will take place from 8:30 to 10 am, followed by a brunch.
