About this trip

This four day course in yoga and horses is for RYT's and yoga students. We offer a safe environment for you to experience yoga practices with our yogi horse herd. You will learn how to use guided meditation and yoga pranayama and asana practices to connect with horses and advance your own journey towards self awareness. Horses offer students immediate feedback and offer insights into students' awareness of chakras and the flow of inner energy.

Students will spend time with our yogi horse herd twice a day in addition to receiving yoga asana practice in our mountain yoga studio.

namaste. The practice of yoga and of natural horsemanship have shown me my path to greater self awareness and a to a happier and more meaningful life. Through my retreats and teacher training programs I have the honor and pleasure to share this first hand experience with others. I hold an E-500-RYT registry with Yoga Alliance as of December 2016. I have been classically trained in India in Chennai with guruji of Andiappan Yoga and in Rishikesh with Master yogi Mahesh with AYM, Association of yoga and meditation. I also had the privilege to study under Sue Ann and Jim Parsons of Let It Go Yoga in Santa Barbara, California. I recently completed a 10 day course in the study of Himalayan yoga and meditation in India. I understand the challenges modern life presents and the dis-ease that sometimes manifests in our own health. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my mid twenties and my yoga practice has helped me greatly to understand myself better and to manage chronic inflammation.
