Friday 7-9: Creativity needs Space
We start with learning to give space to the body and the mind. Let Kate carry you away with a relaxation therapy built on breath and gentle movement.
Saturday 12- 2: Rock your Flow
Kate’s signature style has much to do with sequences learned and repeated with breathing links. Lets work a few flow sequences and discover how easy movement can be when you stick to the breath. These flows are designed to challenge your creativity and inspire throat chakra awakenings.
Saturday 3-5: Creativity is Presence
Kate will introduce the circle with a gentle breath and movement exercise to re- orient us to our bodies. Then around the circle we will go with each of us taking the time to be absolutely present offering a gift of self.
Sunday 9-10: Meditation
Kate will give a meditation class with mudra and pranayama as her prelude.
Sunday 10:30 -1: Dance your Asana
Building on the all we have shared, lets get right into the centre, building core strength in order to let go of the periphery. Learn to fly in your extensions, gliding on breath.
