Fascia is a sheath of stringy connective tissue that surrounds every part of your body. It provides support to your muscles, tendons, ligaments, tissues, organs, nerves, joints and bones.


Teachings and yoga postures: 

- yoga postures to balance the fascia

- breathing exercises to balance the fascias 

- understanding the concept and purpose of the fascias for your wellbeing in a holistic way

Christelle is a holistic reflexologist and therapist since 1991.
