Memorial Day Weekend Women's Wellness Retreat with Feel Vibrant Retreats

The retreat is 3 full days and 2 nights. We'll be kicking it off bright and early Saturday morning with a mini-hike on the way to Tahoe. You will return to the Bay Area around 4 PM on Monday evening refreshed and ready to start the week!

Daily Activities:

  • Morning vinyasa flow yoga classes + meditation to begin your day
  • Evening restorative yoga & stretching to prepare for a restful night
  • Wellness workshops to focus on work life balance, incorporating wellness into your routine, and more
  • Meal prep together to learn skills you can take home and build into your daily life
  • Wine tasting event
  • Group nature walks in Squaw Valley and a short trip to Lake Tahoe
  • Private hot tub!
