I had a magical time with Alice in Mexico! The resort is family owned and in a stunning location on a beautiful private beach with a large yoga studio overlooking the ocean. My room was clean and spacious and the food plentiful and delicious – the kitchen was always willing to accommodate for allergies and preferences. Everyone at the resort was welcoming, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble!! I particularly liked the fact that the program included a variety of optional activities, hikes and excursions so it was possible to “curate” your own experience. Alice is an incredibly gifted teacher and I have been her student for many years, so it was a privilege to take daily classes with her and to enjoy the company of other fellow “yogis”. I felt thoroughly relaxed and refreshed on my return with an expanded knowledge and experience of my own yoga practice. If you are considering going don’t hesitate it truly is “the experience of a life time” Pam S

I had an amazing time at Punta Monterrey with Alice and a wonderful group of women. After a long day of traveling, Alice welcomed us with fresh lemonades and guacamole. The resort was peaceful, secluded right on this beautiful stretch of beach. Alice crafted a balanced schedule of yoga and a few fun excursions. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure- exactly what I was looking for. This is my first time practicing yoga with Alice and first retreat as well. I am looking forward to attending more retreats with Alice in the future! Thank you, Alice <3

Yoga with Alice is a delight anywhere but at this magical secluded resort it is the thing memories are made of for a life time. Rooms are spacious and lovely, the Martinez family are so welcoming and the area is a nature lovers dream. Every detail was seamless and easy, even for a nervous traveler like me. I encourage you to sign up; the participants from 2024 are already on board for next year. Namaste, Kathryn

This trip was perfect in every way. The location was incredible—a secluded family run retreat center on a pristine beach. The place looked like it has about 25 palapas and rooms (all of which were gorgeous) so it never felt crowded. We had three delicious meals a day at a big family table, practiced yoga twice a day in a lovely room that looked out to the forrest and watched the sunset together almost every evening. Alice carefully curated our week with fun things to do between yoga classes while allowing plenty of time for naps and swims. Her classes were top notch with incredible nuance and careful instructions and adjustments. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
