Escape the stresses of everyday life and immerse yourself in yoga and creative workshops at the seaside village of Beddingestrand, South Coast of Sweden. 

Welcome to 5 days of rest and inspiration.

Join me for a week of creative inspiration in my special paradise. I have spent every summer of my life in this area and it is where I recharge my batteries and get inspiration for artwork and new ideas. We will be a small and intimate group of 8-10 people. The retreat is designed to make you slow down and enjoy the present. We will enjoy quiet moments in yoga & meditation and spend time exploring our creativity through different inspirational workshops. In my light filled studio, or outside on the deck if the weather allows, we create patterns and motifs that we print on paper and textiles using simple printing techniques. There will also be time to enjoy walks along the sea, take a sauna and swim from the white sandy beach. 

There will be organised activities from 0.8.00-13.00. ( yoga and creative workshops) In the afternoon, after lunch, you will have time to your self when you can work on a creative project in the studio, read, walk och cycle or make a trip to the local little town of Ystad. It is your time and you decide how to use it!  Your accommodation is situated in local charming summer cottages.
