Join the Chill'Asana Team on the idyllic island of Koh Samui, Thailand, at a breathtaking oceanfront resort with activities designed to help you disconnect from the stresses of your life and reconnect to yourself and your body. Clear out the holiday stress and start the year with an amazing week of yoga, fitness, martial arts, nutrition, relaxation and adventure on one of the world's most beautiful islands. The eco conscious Vikasa Yoga Center is built right onto cliffs overlooking the ocean offering breathtaking views of the water and an opportunity to rediscover nature.
Chill in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, read in a hammock by your accommodations, take a surfing lesson, enjoy off-site adventure excursions or kick back as much as you like - make it your ideal vacation! We’ll have a Vinyasa yoga class every morning, fitness workshops using a variety of bodyweight movements and resistance training, martial arts workshops as well as education on nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Several optional group excursions will be offered, leaving the rest of the time for you to make new friends, unplug and reconnect.
Our retreats aim to inspire personal growth and supportive community while focusing on movement practices that connect and challenge the body and mind. We will practice in the open air of the ocean-view yoga shala, hike down to our own private beach, take part in interpersonal activities and develop a supportive community of friends on a truly rustic adventure that will reconnect you with yourself and with nature.
We welcome all levels of experience. You don't need to be a yogi, a fitness buff or a martial artist- you just need to be a human being interested in learning, exploring, growing and getting your movement on! Basic familiarity with yoga is recommended but not required.
