Learn how to honor limits you can’t change, how to intelligently address limitations that you can, and how to know the difference. But most importantly, learn to generate joy in your practice to make it as beneficial as it can be.

Itinerary

Morning Practice
Yoga asana practice 9:30-12:30

We begin each morning with a guided 90 minute yoga practice based on a specific theme, followed by 90 minutes of slower and more interactive, workshop-style explorations of aspects of the day's theme with an emphasis on how to practice for maximum health benefits. 


On the last day, the morning practice will run from 7:30-10:30.

hi i would describe my recent trip to Chiang Dao with Gernot Huber as a practical , life useful , therapeutic ,very enjoyable , pleasantly active , interesting socially , nicely organised with delicious varied catering ....Gernot was fun and extremely good at explaining and packaging a deep understanding of anatomy in yoga poses and answering so many related mysteries .Rocket fuel for my personal yoga renaissance ...
