If you have been practicing for a while, you will enjoy the slow pace of the classes that allow for tremendous depth and exploration in the postures and time to integrate our daily cultural experiences.
The breathwork and meditation practices are accessible and straightforward. The focus will be on depth and cultivating a mindful presence through open and loving awareness and taking that with us out into the Irish countryside as we interact with the people and environment.
Benefit from a staff of 6 yoga instructors who each bring their own unique heart, wisdom and experience of yoga to the mat. Cathy Healy, Laurel Adams, Marci Becker, Natalie Javid, Katie Tragni, and Matece Skow.
As part of this retreat, you get full access to the Ballybunion Yoga Festival, a two day event bringing together local Irish yogis and teachers with our group.
Enjoy a variety of classes and workshops while making friends with fellow yogis from Ballybunion and beyond. Some of the offerings included are yoga philosophy and ancient wisdom in the modern day, the history and myths behind the yoga postures, diving into breathwork (pranayama), yoga nidra, shamanic journeying and more!
