The weekend includes yoga, both vinyasa and restorative styles, pranayama (breathing techniques), guided meditation, and hiking. Enjoy comfortable sleeping arrangements, gorgeous nature and delicious vegetarian meals (included). In your free time, enjoy the sauna, pool, hiking trails and even the beach. Great opportunity to work on your journal as well. New Brighton and Seacliff State beaches are about 15 minutes away by car.
Things to keep in mind:
- The retreat is for attendees of age 18 and older. All levels and abilities are welcome.
- No animal food or alcohol are allowed on the premises.
- A pay phone is available for phone calls. NOTE: No cell phone signal on site.
