Hi, I'm Nattiel. The dreamer and founder of Delle Terra Yoga & Wellness. I came hOMe to my yoga mat after several years of rehabilitating 2 ACL tears, gaining weight, not knowing how to take care of myself and this deep urge that kept reminding me there was more to my life. Albert Einstein defines insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I needed to make different choices if I wanted to climb out of this rut I had found myself in. Patience is not one of my virtues so I signed up for the earliest yoga teacher training I could find. A few months later I had my 200 hr. certification. I quit my job and made a total career change after the transformational experience that was yoga teacher training. 3 years later Delle Terra Yoga was born. I am fueled by this passion to help other people discover parts of them they didn't know they existed or rediscover parts of them that have been buried through movement and mindfulness.
