About this trip

Imagine yourself surrounded by nature’s beauty... The tranquil sound of running water from a nearby creek.  The symphony of birds perched among the evergreen and redwood trees on the property. You’ve just finished an intimate guided morning meditation and a flowing vinyasa yoga practice in a beautiful spacious yurt.  The practice leaves you feeling renewed and grounded and allows you to reconnect your mind and body.  Life’s daily stresses have begun to melt away as you unplug fully and tap into natures therapeutic healing properties.  You take a deep breath as you step outside. Then make your way to a well-deserved healthy breakfast bar before enjoying lots of spaciousness for you to rest, rejuvenate and explore your inner and outer worlds.

This weekend is all about you!

Four days dedicated to self-care, to slow down and develop a positive connection to yourself on a deep level.  You’re encouraged to leave behind anything preventing you from being your best self.  A time to shed what no longer serves you as you prepare to blossom into spring.  It's a wonderful opportunity to align and learn from nature's natural seasonal progression as winter comes to an end.

Each day you'll nourish your body and mind with daily yoga practices, meditation and pranayama. Delicious organic vegetarian meals are also provided to support you during your visit.

My intention is for you to leave the retreat balanced, refreshed and with tools to help you stay on track to support your self-care and healthy lifestyle.
