Join us in paradise for six days of movement, Bali adventures, amazing food and inspiring connections.

This retreat offers a unique combination of movement practices for yogis, dancers and movers of all levels.

Yoga, Handstands, Arm balances, Contact Improv Dance, Acroyoga, Capoeria and Martial Arts.

This movement and possitive emotions blend will help you to awaken your body's natural flow, to connect with yourself and gain awesome new skills.

Itinerary

October 22nd to 28th
Movers Retreat Agenda

We will start the day with a yoga class in our beautiful shala facing the ocean.


After breakfast we will have a different movement three-hour workshop everyday - Handstands - Acroyoga - Contact improv dance. Some of the workshops will be tailor made according to the participants requests.


After lunch is adventure time, we will discover a few of the most beautiful spots in Bali such as magical temples and waterfalls.


After dinner it is time for a deeper connection with yourself, with nature or with the rest of the group. We will share knowledge about different topics, meditate, develope rituals such as therapeutics to take care of our body and soul and get ready for a restful sleep.


There will be a minimum of 7 and maximum of 16 participants assuring the perfect atmosphere to cultivate trust, strength and flexibility within ourselves and the rest of the group.
