In addition to our daily yoga and pilates classes in the morning and at sunset, you may opt to take part in additional complimentary Health & Wellness activities, or simply choose to hang out on the deck by our private infinity pool, watch a movie in our indoor movie theatre or outdoor screening set up for movies under the stars.
You can gaze at the moon from the sunken bar in the pool and take in all this beautiful island has to offer in silent meditation. Or, choose to take a 20 minute walk to a cafe or nightlife.
NAVA retreat villas provides use of all Villa beach and pool lounge chairs, sea kayaks, snorkeling gear and stand up paddles; we provide yoga and pilates mats and props for all during our outdoor classes on the extensive grass meadows, the 150sqm of sustainable wooden deck of the pool, allowing for a refreshing plunge post class.

What to expect
Steven Liebes and Petra Kosvic will guide you through beautiful daily Yoga and Pilates session, with hands on adjustment, and are available for to you throughout the retreat, but also before and after to get the most out of your retreat.
A variety of extra activities, from SUP yoga, TRX training and Tai Chi are available to join at your liking.
Beyond the Super-Healthy diet and bodywork, we have lots of fun stuff to learn, get into, and incorporate into your health process as you like: To make the most of our stay at , we have arranged for complimentary watersport gear from sea kayaks, stand up paddles to a few snorkeling masks. Diving rental gear can be arranged.
Yoga and Pilates mats and props will be available for usage throughout the retreat. If you would like a 1 on 1 session with one of your instructors, to take you practice to the next level, you may either reserve a spot ahead of time, or make arrangements during your complimentary wellness consultation. This can be requested and arranged directly with the instructors.
Our unique NAVAretreats offer the best of yoga, pilates and Holistic Health & Wellness, while taking advantage of Koh Samui’s incredible nature for outdoor activities.
You will return home with your own Health & Fitness custom tailored home practice, to continue on the path of healthy & happy living.
Holistic Therapies will be made available upon request. All therapist have been tried out by NAVA and are all certified and licensed: Traditional Chinese Medicine with local licensed therapists, Chi Nei Tsang treatments, Thai massages and other local spa & holistic wellness treatments.
PERSONAL ATTENTION:
Our groups are kept small, allowing for personal time with our instructors and therapists, throughout the duration of the retreat, as well as pre and post retreat.
In addition to our Villa staff, comprised of a Villa Manager, Thai Chef and daily service, NAVA will have an on site host at all time, to assure everyone’s needs are met and to aid with non retreat activities

Wellness Cuisine:
In addition to our welcome Beach Dinner Party the night of arrival, our in-house Thai Chef, in consultation with our on-site nutritionist, will be preparing 3 delicious wellness cuisine meals and a variety of healthy snacks and superfoods to be consumed at leisure throughout the day.
All preferences and diets are catered to : Vegetarian, Vegan, Fish, Fowl, all local organic produce.
Unlimited home brewed ginger and lemongrass tea, in addition to filtered water, will be available throughout the day.
Our in house Thai Chef, in consultation with our on-site nutritionist, will be preparing 3 delicious wellness cuisine meals and a variety of healthy snacks and superfoods to be consumed at leisure throughout the day. All preferences and diets are catered to.
Our Spa meals are Thai or western style, from local organic fresh produce. You can daily choose your preference of the day during breakfast.
All meals will be custom tailored to every individual personal dietary needs or desire, from gluten-free, vegan, pescatarian, proletarian, gluten-free, and more. The cuisine is Thai and western, and additional variations are possible.

Itinerary
Yoga, Pilates & Nutrition in Paradise, kicks off the week of March 4th with with a welcomme BBQ dinner at the beach.
This will give you the chance to get aquinted with the rest of the group, get familiar with the villa and its surroundings, before the first Ashtanga/Iyengar Roots Flow class the next morning at 8:30am.
Check in at the villa from 15:00 on.
