A yoga retreat allows you time to be with yourself and to harness your positive energy, vibrancy and wellbeing. Everyone has the potential to feel better, whether that’s better moods, calming angst, taming aches and pains, improving sleep, having a healthy body image, losing weight, better relationships, having a more enjoyable working life, or making good decisions.
There will be a yoga psychology workshop which will look more at how overall wellbeing is achieved through the practice of yoga.
The retreat aims to encompass each of the 5 points of yoga, based on Sivananda yoga, proven over the centuries to enable people to lead to healthier and happier lives:
1. Proper exercise (asanas)
2. Proper breathing (pranayama)
3. Proper relaxation (savasana)
4. Healthy diet
5. Positive thinking & meditation (dharana)

The retreat is open to all levels of ability – whether you are a seasoned yoga practitioner and would like to deepen your practice in calm and detoxifying surrounds, or if you are new to yoga and are keen to try for the first time in a pleasant English countryside setting.
