About this trip

Join us for our 4th annual retreat to this beautiful island off of the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico!

This retreat includes lots of yoga (moving, meditating, breathing) as well as lots of down time to explore, relax, indulge, and take good care in a truly gorgeous setting.

We'll eat well, rest well, make new friends, strengthen existing friendships, and maybe learn something about ourselves along the way.

Please join us.

As a dynamic, curious, and light-hearted traveler, one of my great joys is introducing people to fascinating places. When we arrive in a new place, we begin to connect with local people, the culture, and the landscape. These interactions inevitably begin to change our inner landscapes as well: hearts swell, minds open, compassion and acceptance spread. I try to facilitate this same connection & expansion when I'm back home teaching yoga at local studios in Hoboken, Jersey City, and NYC. Let's go on some inner/outer adventures together!
