About this trip

Meet me in Marrakesh for a week of ethnic glamour, tribal chic furnishings, and cultural immersion.

This is a yoga retreat all about freedom - 7 days/6 nights where you can get the beyond details of our often “busy” lives and appreciate the bigger picture. Discover peace and quiet in the olive grove and the canopy of stars overhead at night.

On the outskirts of Marrakech, we immerse in serenity and privacy of an olive grove with views of the Atlas Mountains, a breathtaking pool, an Arabian tent to eat our incredible, healthy meals and another for our yoga classes complete with mats and props. Located minutes from the bustle of town with artisans, thousands of shops, spas, restaurants, cafes, belly dancers...

Yoga is practiced in a tented retreat space during our time together on the yoga mat. Yoga will be practiced twice daily, aside from arrival and departure days. Meditation will also be practiced daily and journaling will be woven into the week. This is an all-levels yoga retreat.

Personal chefs will prepare and serve all meals, relying on fresh local produce. Meals are generally enjoyed by day on the terrace and by night in a special Arabian dining tent. The 800-square foot pool is the centerpiece that connects the pavilions and invites you to cool off between workshops. Relax your mind and stimulate your body in our activities tent nestled in the tranquil olive grove on the grounds of the estate. Come away with me...

Yoga retreats have become my favorite way to travel. A group of strangers spend a week together and come away friends.

An advocate for living a feel-good life, Meredith is influenced by: her teachers, Abbie Galvin and Shannon Paige, global travels, and her daily interactions with others. All of this infuses freedom into her teachings and allows students to feel their own sense of empowerment. Meredith's style of yoga is one of a kind, as she sources her inspirations and influences; she co-creates a sense of freedom and wonder in her students. Her well-aligned vision, both on and off of the mat, is supported by her clear ability to hold transformative space for students of all levels.
