During this week everything is geared to support your journey; you will stay in a beautiful venue in natural surroundings.
You will be away from the business and enter into stillness, enjoy mountains , do treekings and having renewing baths in natural pools with fresh water from the mountains.
You will be served delicious vegetarian foods that are low in sugar and carbs so that you enjoy your natural energy, feel relaxed and increase your clarity.
Sandra Carson is a knowledgeable and insightful yoga teacher who has been teaching internationally for the last 18 years.
Her teaching style is rooted in alignment and the cultivation of body awareness through the sensory body. Sandra’s background is Vinyasa Flow, Anusara yoga, therapeutics and Tantra.
She became a Yoga Alliance certified teacher in the USA in 2001. She is also a Anusara® certified teacher and an Experienced Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT500). She teaches workshops and retreats in different countries, Yoga Teacher trainings and Advanced Yoga Teacher trainings.
Her unique yoga classes are a mix of flow and alignment and mostly dynamic and energizing in nature. They invite you to step up and curiously explore your abilities while respecting your boundary. Sandra encourages you to listen intimately and choose what serves you in every moment by offering modifications and variations throughout the practice.
Over the past years, Sandra has been specializing more in the pelvis and psoas.

Located in the Tiétar valley, on the south-east side of the Gredos mountains, we can fully immerse ourselves in nature .
We will stay in a large property with rural houses made of stone and wood, in harmony with the landscape, with double and single rooms, all with private bathrooms.
A place with dozens of unique corners, to listen to the water, the wind and observe the magic of the growth of life.
The classes are taught in a room of 140 m2 with wooden floor hidden in the forest and with views to the outside.
In September we can still enjoy the outstanding mountains views swimming pool, cleaned with sea salt instead of chlorine.
You can reach this magic place in just one an hour and a half from Madrid (transport from the airport included).
A unique space to practice, reflect, connect, feed consciously and rest.
This retreat invites you to come into deep contact with yourself and help you to move and shift things in your life that are not serving you and move you towards more freedom and fullness in life.
Sandra’s yoga teaching is a real mix of movement (flow and intuitive or free movement) and alignment. Her alignment work is knowledge and sensory based. Sandra will offer techniques so you can find and feel the alignment that fits your body.
There will be daily yoga classes with Sandra, stress release practices and meditation.
You will also dive a bit deeper into philosophy and coaching exercises (written and sharing) and partner exercises. Part of the day will be in silence, giving you a chance to go deeper into yourself.
At the end of this week, you will have a good sense for what is right for you and where your energy flows and your body feels stable and free.
We will have time to discover this pure part of Spain, a freshwater paradise during the late summer time.
We will explore the area and enjoy beautiful hikings, bathing in different secluded natural baths with water that comes down from the mountains and comtemplating a unique clear starry sky at night.
All excursions and transport during the trips are included.
