My name is Natalie Sun, and I teach multiple yoga methods as Vinyasa, SUP yoga, and yoga for pregnancy and postpartum.
It has been almost a decade since i started practicing, and I teach for about five years.
I am very connected to Judaism so the inspiration for the content I deliver is drawn from acceptance of the KABALA.
My teaching style combines Vinyasa yoga, Power Yoga and elements from the martial arts, with an emphasis on meditative movement and working with body weight, Prana yama, working with bandas, sounds and touch, as containers for emotional work.
The practice ranges from calm flow to dynamic practice.
