Imagine yourself on one of the most pristine world-renowned beaches in the world where the surf never disappoints. From beginners to advanced surfers there is always a wave for everyone to ride and enjoy. The warm Pacific Ocean water will delight you every step of the way.
From singles to families this retreat truly serves all configurations.
A Yoga Surf Adventure retreat focused upon living the simple ocean jungle life of PURA VIDA. Daily we surf, practice Yoga, live Yoga, enjoy jungle relaxation while at the same time building strength in the ocean, peace in the heart, and fluidity in the body.
Our DAILY FLOW features:
- Morning Breath, Meditation, and Stretching
- Breakfast (local farm-to-table fresh!)
- Morning Surf Lesson
- Late morning Post Surf Yoga/Stretch
- Afternoon classes or activities
- Surf training + video review sessions
NEW MEXICO SCHOOL OF YOGA camp is located at the Gardens Hotel, Nosara, Costa Rica
FLY INTO San Jose (5-6hr) or Liberia (2.1/2 hr) car ride. We recommend a shuttle or pre-booked Taxi and can help you arrange and coordinate.

PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Full payment is due 7 weeks before the retreat. As NOVEMBER s a popular time to visit Costa Rica , housing is very limited. All housing has been secured in advance and refunds will not be available 7 weeks prior to the retreat.
We strongly suggest trip insurance to protect in case of any emergency as we cannot return payments or deposits.

Set among the gardens, you’ll find each bungalow awaiting you and a private terrace. Enjoy your own private kitchen and relaxation area.

Itinerary
Check-in begins at 3 PM. Those arriving on time we will meet in the lobby to walk to the beach for sunset. Opening reception + orientation.
