Such a great retreat. It was a very well organized trip and it provides a peaceful & meditative ambiance. Location was very unique and the food was excellent. It was so wonderful to be with such a harmonious group of people. Highly recommended!

Stacey Shea’s Yoga + Surfing Retreat was an absolute dream! Costa Dulce is a mystical and enchanting mini cosmos of lush jungle foliage, refreshing pools, yoga chalets with spectacular views of the ocean, cold lounges and spa all comfortably nestled on a cliff. Stacey is a passionate and thorough yoga instructor and provides great instruction and adventurous excursions. Not to mention the fabulous food! I cannot wait to return.
